Is the app free?

The price is shown in the App Store. The app contains no advertising and no tracking.

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and iPad (iOS 18.6 or later), Mac (macOS 14 or later) and Apple Watch (watchOS 11 or later).

Does it work offline?

Saved places and stored map pictures are available offline. Reading new map links and loading routes need an internet connection.

Which data do you collect?

We do not receive your places or your location. Details are in the privacy policy.

Why is a place sometimes in the wrong spot?

Map links can be incomplete. Kokoro Japan Guide checks the position against the address; you can always correct it in the edit form. If a link keeps failing, send it to us via support.

How do I delete my data?

Delete the app to remove local data; iCloud data can be removed in your iCloud storage settings. To delete a support request, write to us.

How can I contact you?

Use the support form. You get a private link where you can follow the conversation and add photos at any time.
