These terms apply to the use of this website and the support system. The app is additionally subject to the terms of the App Store.

1. Use of the support system

Please only send content that you are allowed to share. Do not upload images showing other people's personal information without their consent. We may delete abusive or unlawful requests.

2. Information and third-party content

Travel, place and map information may be incomplete or out of date and comes partly from third parties. Please check opening hours, prices and routes yourself.

3. Disclaimer

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, and without limiting any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Contract Act or other mandatory law, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damage.

4. Governing law and jurisdiction

For users in Japan, Japanese law applies; mandatory consumer-protection provisions remain unaffected. The Tokyo District Court has non-exclusive jurisdiction of first instance for disputes.
