These terms apply to the use of this website and the support system. The app is additionally subject to the terms of the App Store.

1. Use of the support system

Please only send content that you are allowed to share. Do not upload images that show other people's personal data without their consent. We may delete requests that are abusive or unlawful.

2. Information and third-party content

Travel, place and map information may be incomplete or out of date and comes partly from third parties. Please check opening hours, prices and routes yourself.

3. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and where mandatory law applies. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to typical, foreseeable damage.

4. Applicable law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
